En tant que Freelance Supply Chain & Planning Manager, votre rôle est de stabiliser les opérations, structurer la planification et améliorer la collaboration entre la supply chain et la production. Vous serez responsable de l'anticipation des besoins, de la gestion des matières premières et de l'optimisation des flux, tout en accompagnant les équipes vers plus d'efficacité et de cohésion.

• Pilotage complet de la Supply Chain du planning, des achats aux opérations d'entreposage au sein d'une organisation industrielle en croissance.
• Structuration, coordination et montée en compétence d'une petite équipe locale et internationale.
• Cadre intermédiaire - Région de Bruxelles - Secteur industriel (conception et production d'équipements techniques).

Als Purchase & Supply Chain Manager zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het strategisch beheer van de aankoop- en logistieke processen binnen een KMO-omgeving. Je combineert je technische affiniteit met een hands-on aanpak om optimale resultaten te behalen.

In deze rol neem je de leiding over alle operationele activiteiten en zorg je voor een organisatie die performant, wendbaar en klaar is voor de toekomst. Je vormt een sterke tandem met de CEO en het Management Team om de strategische koers te bepalen én om te zetten naar concrete resultaten.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimising the end‑to‑end planning landscape, with a particular focus on strengthening the S&OP process and driving cross‑functional change initiatives. You will work closely with demand planning, procurement, production, logistics, and sales to ensure a robust supply chain capable of supporting business growth and operational excellence.
