Functie



  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents (e.g., network switches, servers, Azure, Windows Server).


  • Provide technical support for internal applications and infrastructure.


  • Monitor system performance and verify data backups are completed and secure.


  • Implement and enhance cybersecurity measures in line with best practices.


  • Plan and execute software updates and hardware renewals for international operations.


  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and align IT systems with evolving business requirements.
  • Support the growth of the team by coaching them individually and collectively.



Profiel



  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a related technical discipline.


  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer/Network Engineer


  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, virtual machines, networking).


  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and backup solutions like Veeam.


  • Advanced understanding of networking concepts, routing, switching).


  • Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls and general IT security practices.


  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management standards.


  • Competency in scripting languages for automation and maintenance tasks.


  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.


  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
