Functie

HR Data Analyst - Empower Decision-Making Through Data & Technology

We are looking for a Data Analyst with experiences within an HR Departement / background in HR to empower decision making in HR through data insights.

You will be the bridge between HR and IT, using data analytics, reporting tools, and governance frameworks to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights at the group level.
  • Collaborate with internal data engineering and IT teams to align on data models, metrics, and system integration.
  • Support the definition and continuous improvement of a global HR data glossary and standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and data governance teams, ensuring alignment on architecture and data handling practices.
  • Help build a robust HR data infrastructure that meets high standards for security, privacy, and ethics.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within HR by promoting best practices and guiding HR colleagues in interpreting data.
  • Explore and prototype emerging technologies, including AI and Generative AI, to enhance forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities.

Profiel

We are looking for a candidate who :

  • Has an experience within an HR department as a Data Analyst or an experience in HR (People Analytics for example) with an interests for data analysis.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Fluency in French and English or Dutch and English
