Als Payroller ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de loonadministratie voor onze medewerkers (aardbeiders en bedienden).

Zorgen voor een volledige en conforme loonverwerking van uitzendkrachten, met waarborging van de correcte toepassing van de geldende sociale en fiscale regelgeving. Daarnaast fungeert de persoon als technisch en operationeel referentiepunt binnen de HR- of operationele afdeling.

To support the growth, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist.

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Belgian payroll from A to Z, while also supporting the international payroll activities in collaboration with local providers abroad.

In addition, you take full ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes and play a key role in HR reporting and analytics across all entities.

In this position, you act as the central expert for payroll and HR administration topics across a Belgian employee base and a broader European population. You ensure operational reliability while driving structure, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment.

You oversee the full payroll process from A to Z, working closely with an external payroll provider and reporting into the HR leadership team.
