Onze klant is op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en proactieve Payroll & HR Officer die verantwoordelijk is voor een correcte loonverwerking en ondersteuning binnen HR. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van een vlotte personeelsadministratie en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers.

Zorgen voor een volledige en conforme loonverwerking van uitzendkrachten, met waarborging van de correcte toepassing van de geldende sociale en fiscale regelgeving. Daarnaast fungeert de persoon als technisch en operationeel referentiepunt binnen de HR- of operationele afdeling.

Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for Belgian entities, ensuring accurate, timely salary and benefits delivery. Act as a key HR partner, manage a team, ensure compliance with legal frameworks, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
